Perfect Beauty Bank Perfect Beauty Bank is our $149 monthly med spa membership, designed for clients who want to plan and save toward their aesthetic treatments throughout the year. Monthly Beauty Bank value can accumulate toward qualifying treatments while active members receive exclusive member pricing. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Perfect Aesthetics & Spa, we strive to deliver exceptional care and appreciate your understanding of our scheduling policies. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, please review the following: ⸻ 📅 24-Hour Notice Required A 24-hour advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in your deposit being non-refundable. This helps cover the time and resources reserved just for you. ⸻ ❗ Same-Day Cancellations If you cancel your appointment on the same day, 50% of the service cost will be charged to compensate for lost time that could not be filled. ⸻ 🚫 No-Shows If you do not show up for your appointment without any notice, you will be charged 100% of the service cost, and your deposit will be forfeited. Future appointments may require full pre-payment. ⸻ ⏰ Late Arrivals We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and your deposit will not be refunded. The full service fee will still apply. ⸻ 💸 No Refunds / Correction Policy Due to the nature of aesthetic services, no refunds will be provided for completed services. If you believe a correction is necessary, you must contact us within 14 days of your appointment. Please include clear photos of your concern. After evaluation, a complimentary touch-up may be offered at our discretion. Correction requests made after 14 days will not be considered. ⸻ 💬 Rescheduling We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees. We’ll do our best to accommodate you. ⸻ Why We Charge Your time is valuable—and so is ours. Missed appointments or late cancellations mean lost time for other clients who could have been seen.
