Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Perfect Aesthetics & Spa, we strive to provide you with the best service possible and appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our scheduling process. To ensure fairness and quality care for all clients, we have implemented the following policy: Cancellation Notice: A 24-hour advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in a non-refundable deposit being retained. This deposit helps cover the time and resources reserved for your appointment. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to accommodate the next client, and the full service charge will still apply. Rescheduling: We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we offer the flexibility to reschedule appointments on a case-by-case basis if necessary. However, a 24-hour notice is still required to avoid the cancellation fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, the $40 deposit will be forfeited, and future appointments may require full pre-payment. Why We Charge We value your time and trust in our services, and we also respect our team’s time. Cancellations or no-shows without enough notice prevent us from offering the appointment slot to other clients.
