To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, please review the following: ⸻ 📅 24-Hour Notice Required A 24-hour advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in your deposit being non-refundable. This helps cover the time and resources reserved just for you. ⸻ ❗ Same-Day Cancellations If you cancel your appointment on the same day, 50% of the service cost will be charged to compensate for lost time that could not be filled. ⸻ 🚫 No-Shows If you do not show up for your appointment without any notice, you will be charged 100% of the service cost, and your deposit will be forfeited. Future appointments may require full pre-payment. ⸻ ⏰ Late Arrivals Clients arriving late may receive a shortened service or need to reschedule. The full service fee will still apply. ⸻ 💬 Rescheduling We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees.
